Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physiotherapist to join our team in Dadar & Thane. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing rehabilitation programs to help patients recover from injuries and improve their physical abilities. This role requires a compassionate individual with a strong knowledge base in physiotherapy practices.
Location: Thane
Experience: 1 - 5 years
Salary: 2 - 5l
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments to evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients physical mobility and functional abilities.
- Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation exercises and techniques for recovery.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient assessments, treatment progress, and outcomes.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
- Valid license to practice as a Physiotherapist in India.
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and movement mechanics.
- Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and their families effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience with rehabilitation exercises, manual therapy techniques, and the use of physiotherapy equipment.
