Job Overview We are seeking a Junior Bancassurance Manager for a full-time position based in Raipur Dhamtari Arang Baloda Bazar Bhatapara and Meerut The role involves working from tie-up partners to manage relations with Banca partners especially with bank employees You will be responsible for closing leads provided by the Relationship Manager of our Bank Partner and conducting skilling sessions for bank staff regularly Ideal candidates will have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in sales within the BFSI sector Qualifications and Skills Proven work experience of at least 1 year in field sales within the BFSI industry to effectively manage client relationships Understanding of CASA products and services enabling effective communication of their benefits to clientele Proficiency in selling credit card products with the ability to clearly and persuasively explain their advantages Experience in bancassurance with a strategic approach to meeting and exceeding sales targets Ability to manage loan sales by understanding customer requirements and providing tailored solutions Familiarity with insurance sales processes complemented by the ability to engage clients and close deals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain robust relationships with partners and clients Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various tasks efficiently and under pressure Roles and Responsibilities Work from tie-up partners to manage and enhance relationships with Banca partners focusing especially on bank employees Closely collaborate with Relationship Managers of Bank Partners to close provided leads efficiently Conduct regular skilling sessions for bank staff to educate and empower them on various insurance products Develop and manage strategic partnerships between banks and insurance companies for seamless operations Implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed bancassurance business targets Foster strong relationships with bank staff to ensure collaboration and identify cross-selling opportunities Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge in sales operations Facilitate the smooth integration of products into the bank s portfolio enhancing client experience and satisfaction Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies to maintain credibility and trustworthiness Prepare regular reports on business performance to provide insights and guide future decision-making processes
