Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage a diverse range of content formats, driving engagement across social media, brand marketing, and multi-channel campaigns. - Leverage consumer insights to create effective communication strategies that connect meaningfully with target audiences. - Analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies, ensuring that all messaging is impactful and aligned with audience needs. - Demonstrate excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills to craft content that addresses both the aspirations and challenges of underserved communities. - Maintain high attention to detail while managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality output. - Execute moment marketing initiatives, proactively proposing and developing topical campaigns that capitalize on current trends and events. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate content strategies that align with Turno’s broader mission and goals. Qualifications and Experience Required: - Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline. - 5+ years of proven experience as a content writer, content strategist, or in a related role, preferably within consumer-focused businesses, content agencies, or similar environments. - Experience in creating and managing content for campaigns that specifically target rural or Tier 2/3 markets is a plus. - Expertise in writing and managing various content formats with a strong focus on engagement and brand marketing. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects and deadlines with ease. - Strong analytical skills for evaluating content performance and making data-driven decisions. - A track record of developing content strategies for rural markets, understanding local contexts and cultural nuances that inform effective communication. - Familiarity with moment marketing, with the ability to initiate and execute relevant campaigns that connect with current events and trends.
