We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Systems Administrator.

In this role, you will:
. The job holder is responsible for technical delivery of 24x7 production support to Windows servers and MSSQL DB.
. Identify automation and Self-Healing opportunities to reduce manual efforts and standardise processes.
. Ability to operate and maintain Windows OS platforms, with a focus on debugging, automation, availability, performance, and scale.
. Diagnose and troubleshoot complex distributed systems and handle crisis calls.
. Work and collaborate across teams, such as Applications, Hardware, Microsoft, Network etc.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
. 3-5 years of experience in Windows and MSSQL DB.
. Ready to work in 365 days / 24 x 7 environment
. Experienced in Windows OS Troubleshooting, Performance Monitoring, Disk Administration and Windows Clustering.
. Experienced in MS SQL Database Server administration.
. Knowledge on MS SQL Databases Always On Groups, Mirroring & Replication
. Hardware Administration - HP/IBM/Dell/Lenovo
. Knowledge of Active Directory, Storage, Netbackup and Antivirus agent Troubleshooting.
. Exposure to ServiceNow and tool like JIRA, Confluence and Splunk.
. Knowledge on Vmware, PowerShell scripting and DevOps tools will be an added advantage.
