We’re Looking for a Software Engineer (1–3 Years Experience) As an early-career engineer, this role gives you: Exposure to complex, real-world engineering challenges Mentorship from senior engineers and founders A values-driven culture focused on clarity, humility, speed & ownership Hands-on experience building production-quality systems end-to-end A steep growth curve — you’ll learn more in 6 months here than 2–3 years anywhere else A world-class team hired from the best companies, with deep AI and systems experience You won’t be “just writing code” — you’ll be helping shape a category-defining product . What You’ll Do Build and improve cloud-native microservices powering our AI platform Write clean, maintainable, testable code with strong engineering fundamentals Debug, optimise, and improve system reliability and performance Collaborate closely with senior engineers, AI teams, and product teams Contribute to automation, developer tools, and engineering workflows Work on interesting technical problems across data, distributed systems, and real-time conversational flows Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and architecture sessions Own features end-to-end with guidance and mentorship Must-Have Qualifications BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, problem solving, and object-oriented programming Proficiency in at least one of: Python, C#, .NET, Go, Java, C++ Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases Basic understanding of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or microservices is a plus Curiosity, humility, strong ownership mindset, and eagerness to learn Extra Points (Nice-to-Haves) Exposure to conversational AI, NLP, speech processing, or ML Experience with distributed systems projects Internships in backend, infrastructure, or AI/ML teams Experience working in high-speed, high-ownership environments Why ConverzAI?
