Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding for non-IT roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations.
- Maintain candidate pipelines for key roles and proactively build talent pools.
- Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and employment laws.
- Prepare and share recruitment reports with key stakeholders.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in RPO or agency environments.
- Strong understanding of non-IT roles, particularly in Steel Industry, manufacturing, industrial machinery, and heavy engineering.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
