Mandatory Skills:

Core Java, L2 Production support, Splunk, Dynatrace, DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins), Cloud knowledge and automation tools like Chef, Puppet/XLR

- Must have Core Java hands on experience, and Java Prod support experience
- Good Linux skills (proper hands-on) as most of the applications runs on file system.
- Good SQL skills. Should be able to write basic SQLs using joins, sub-queries, DMLs and DDLs.
- Monitoring tools knowledge and experience in Splunk, Dynatrace.
- L2 PROD Support experience (aware of ITSM Process and tools)
- Good and confident communication skills.
- Good to have DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins)
- Good to have Cloud knowledge and automation tools like Chef, Puppet/XLR
