What is this role about? - Willing to familiarise yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives. - Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships. - Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database. - Working closely with the team across departments to implement growth strategies. - Rigorously following up the leads via a variety of channels like Phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, emails etc. - Extensively communicating the curriculum and other USPs of the product (profiles of our champion teachers for example) - Achieve realistically set weekly targets in a performance-centric, competitive environment. - Ready to go live on a Video Call with parents.
