About DiligenceVaultAt DiligenceVault were making diligence possible for all We have built a technology to streamline the manually intensive diligence process and unlock the data within documents in an industry managing over 100 Trillion in assets We have built a network of over 50 000 platform users at over 12 000 firms in over 110 countries We have experienced a wonderful period of growth as the direct result of increased efficiency and productivity To continue on this trajectory we are looking for exceptional talent from across disciplines and industries to shape the future of due diligence and improve the lives of our clients and users in a meaningful way The firm is backed by Goldman Sachs About the RoleWe are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Head of Cyber IT Security to lead and manage the organizations cybersecurity initiatives This role will ensure the confidentiality integrity and availability of critical data develop and enforce security policies and manage IT security operations across the organization Key Responsibilities Manage operations of the IT security program at DiligenceVault including infrastructure endpoints and access management Development implementation and maintenance of firmwide security policies and procedures Ensuring the confidentiality integrity and access of client data company data including PII Investigation and tracking of incidents and breaches as well as compliance with data privacy regulations Selecting appropriate vendors for this security infrastructure Lead the development of relevant training programs for cybersecurity Partner with product team and CTO to ensure secure coding standards as well as secure configuration of infrastructure and AI security best practices Contribute to the purchase of cybersecurity insurance and maintenance of coverage levels Contribute to DiligenceVaults independent penetration testing SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 audits Assist in client security diligence process including overseeing responding to security sections of IT DDQs Requirements CISSP CISM or CISA a strong plus Bachelors degree masters degree preferred 5 years of IT governance or security related experience with increasing management responsibility Good communication skills Strong leadership people management and internal and external relationship building skills What we Offer Health Medical Insurance Wellness Reimbursement Flexible Paid Time Off Policy Working from Home Monthly Internet Allowance Global Offsite Opportunity Reward Recognition Buddy Assistant Powered by JazzHR
