We are expanding our AI capabilities and seeking Generative AI Engineers to join our growing team in Hyderabad. This is a great opportunity to work on state-of-the-art AI projects, develop proprietary solutions, and collaborate with a highly skilled engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI models using LLMs, diffusion models, and other state-of-the-art architectures.
- Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, Stable Diffusion) for domain-specific applications.
- Build scalable APIs, pipelines, and services to integrate AI models into products.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver AI-driven features.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks to recommend adoption.
- Conduct experiments, maintain model performance benchmarks, and ensure ethical and bias-aware AI usage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.
- 26 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development, with at least 1 year in Generative AI.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers.
- Experience working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, etc.) and fine-tuning large models.
- Knowledge of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) and prompt engineering.
- Experience in deploying AI models to production (Docker, Kubernetes, cloud services like AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in multi-modal AI (text, image, audio, video).
- Understanding of RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines.
- Exposure to MLOps tools and practices.
- Knowledge of AI safety, fairness, and compliance standards.
