Urgent looking for the Remote Salesforce Interaction Studio Specialist

Position: Contract

Role Overview: The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Interaction Studio, helping businesses to manage customer engagement and deliver personalized experiences through real-time, data-driven interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and manage Salesforce Interaction Studio for personalization and customer engagement.
- Design and optimize customer journey mappings and workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other Salesforce tools and platforms.
- Develop and deploy targeted marketing campaigns using Interaction Studio.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce Interaction Studio.
- Provide insights and reports based on campaign performance and customer behavior data.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum 4 years of experience working with Salesforce Interaction Studio.
