In this role, you will lead the design and development of high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers and back-end developers, to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development, enhancement, and maintenance of front-end applications using Angular - Ensure cross-browser compatibility, performance optimisation, and accessibility compliance. - Integrate front-end components with back-end services and APIs. - Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high standards of quality, scalability, and maintainability. - Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and best practices. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex UI-related issues. - Stay updated with the latest Angular features, front-end trends, and emerging technologies. - Contribute to continuous improvement of front-end development processes. Pre-requisites: - 2 to 4 years of proven experience as a Front-End Developer, with expertise in Angular (latest versions). - Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design principles. - Experience in state management frameworks (e.g., NgRx, Akita, or similar). - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end with back-end services. - Proficiency with version control systems, preferably Git. - Exposure to testing frameworks like Jasmine, Karma etc. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira. - Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and optimisation skills. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployments (AWS) is a plus.
