Job Description Purpose of Position To supervise electrical works execution, ensure quality and safety compliance, and monitor installations and commissioning as per design and standards. Major Roles & Responsibilities - Supervise electrical installationsconduits, wiring, DBs, panels, HT/LT equipment. - Conduct inspections for materials, cabling, earthing, lighting, and system installations. - Ensure compliance with electrical drawings, specifications, and IS standards. - Monitor testing and commissioning activities. - Verify measurements and assist in contractor billing. - Maintain daily records, inspection checklists, and reports. - Coordinate with civil and MEP teams for interfaces. - Ensure electrical safety compliance at all times. Criteria for Performance Evaluation (KPIs) - Quality compliance and reduction of electrical defects. - Timely completion of installations vs. schedule. - Successful testing & commissioning milestones. - Safety compliance and zero electrical incidents. - Accuracy of billing and measurement inputs. Qualification And Experience - Graduate in Electrical, with masters preferably in Civil engineering/ Concrete Engineering/ Materials engineering with experience 3 years of similar experience. Skills & Qualities - Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and codes. - Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings. - QA/QC and testing/commissioning knowledge. - Safety awareness for electrical operations. - Good documentation and reporting skills.
