Job Description
We are looking for a Marketing Executive/Associate who is hungry to build impactful campaigns that convert. This role sits at the intersection of performance, content, and brand marketingdriving measurable results across paid acquisition, referral programs, community initiatives, events, and offline activations. Youll work closely with the Head of Marketing, performance marketers, and creative teams to deliver marketing assets and strategies that directly fuel EduFunds growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance-Aligned Content & Assets
- Develop and execute content for paid acquisition channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create landing pages, ad copy, email journeys, WhatsApp flows, and nurture funnels that drive conversions.
- Work closely with the performance marketing team to test, iterate, and optimize creatives.
- Full-Funnel Campaign Execution
- Design and deliver top-of-funnel (awareness), mid-funnel (consideration), and bottom-of-funnel (conversion) marketing campaigns.
- Support referral and partnership-driven growth programs by creating incentive-driven marketing assets.
- Manage and track campaign performance, ensuring timely delivery and reporting.
- Offline & Event Marketing
- Assist in planning and executing EduFunds presence at events, workshops, and offline activations.
- Coordinate campaigns with city-based teams for outreach, community engagement, and lead generation.
- Community & Influencer Marketing
- Collaborate with influencers and creators to expand EduFunds reach among parents and students.
- Support community-driven initiatives like webinars, microsites, and offline meetups.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with product, partnerships, and business teams to deliver marketing support for all EduFund product lines.
- Work with designers, video editors, and external vendors to ensure high-quality creative execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in fintech, edtech, or consumer internet brands.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (paid, social, email, referrals).
- Ability to write clear and compelling copy across ads, emails, landing pages, and referral journeys.
- Familiarity with campaign metrics (CTR, CAC, funnel drop-offs) and how to improve them.
- Hands-on experience with marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, email marketing platforms, and analytics dashboards.
- Good organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple campaigns at once.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
