Sales Performance Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales targets Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth Create and arrange promotional materials and in-store displays to drive sales Staff Management Recruit hire train and supervise a team of retail employees Create work schedules and assign tasks to ensure smooth operations Provide ongoing coaching motivation and performance evaluation to staff Inventory Merchandising Manage inventory levels including ordering receiving and stocking products Conduct regular inventory counts and manage stock to prevent loss Ensure products are displayed attractively and effectively on the sales floor Customer Service Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally Maintain a welcoming and organized store environment Operations Administration Oversee daily store operations including cash handling and opening closing procedures Manage store budgets and control expenses to ensure profitability Maintain financial and statistical records Ensure compliance with health safety and security regulations Key Skills Leadership and team motivation Customer service and communication skills Sales and business strategy Organizational and time management skills Problem-solving abilities Financial acumen and reporting Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Required Experience SALES 1 year Required Language Odia Required Work Location In person
