Role Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Backend Developer (Golang) with 3+ years of experience in designing and building scalable, low-latency backend systems. You will work on systems that power real-time trading, analytics, and AI-driven features, ensuring speed, reliability, and innovation at scale. Key Responsibilities : - Architect, design, and develop high-performance backend services using Go. - Build real-time APIs and microservices to power trading, risk, and AI-driven applications. - Optimize for scalability, concurrency, and low-latency—critical for capital markets. - Ensure high code quality through unit testing, automation, and peer reviews. - Diagnose and resolve system bottlenecks and distributed system challenges. - Collaborate with product, frontend, and data teams to deliver seamless trading experiences. - Contribute to FYERS’ AI-powered innovations, including FIA and FIA GPT. What We’re Looking For : - 3+ years of experience in backend development with at least 2 years in Golang. - Strong expertise in Go’s concurrency model, microservices, and distributed systems. - Proven experience with RESTful APIs, gRPC, and event-driven architectures. - Hands-on with SQL/NoSQL databases and data-intensive systems. - Strong debugging, performance tuning, and system design skills. - Exposure to capital markets / trading systems is a plus.
