Position : Back Office Executive

Job Location : Navrangpura (Ahmedabad)

Job Profile :

- Handle day-to-day back-office operations including data entry, documentation, and record keeping.
- Prepare MIS reports, maintain databases, and support management in operational tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Accounts, HR, etc.) for smooth workflow.
- Manage correspondence through emails/phone and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and basic financial documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling company information.

Desired Profile:

- Graduate in Commerce/Business Administration or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in back-office, administration, or data management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good communication skills (written & verbal) in English
- Should have good analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
