Job Description Job Title: AEM Assets Manager Experience - Total: 78 years - Relevant: 4+ years Location: Pan india Job Description We are seeking an experienced AEM Manager with expertise in AEM Assets to develop, customize, and manage digital asset management (DAM) solutions. The candidate will work with Sling, OSGi, HTL, and other AEM frameworks to ensure effective asset ingestion, metadata management, and workflow optimization. This role involves collaboration with UX, design, marketing, and IT teams, troubleshooting issues, and adhering to best practices in AEM and DAM technologies. Key Responsibilities - Develop and customize AEM Assets components, templates, servlets, and workflows using Sling, OSGi, and HTL. - Implement and maintain metadata schemas, asset renditions, and tagging strategies. - Integrate AEM Assets with external systems (marketing automation, analytics, CMS). - Design and optimize DAM workflows for asset ingestion, approval, and publishing. - Ensure proper organization, versioning, and lifecycle management of digital assets. - Collaborate with UX, design, marketing, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to asset delivery, performance, and integration. - Stay updated with AEM and DAM best practices, tools, and technologies. Required Skills - 4+ years of experience with AEM development and testing (including JUnit). - Experience with SonarQube issue resolution. - Strong expertise in Sling, OSGi, HTL, and AEM Assets components. Good To Have - Experience with AEM CaaS 6.5. - UI development skills.
