Qualifications and Skills - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or allied streams. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or similar. - Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum. - Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL / MSSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, CouchDB). - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results on time.
