A Hyper-Growth Builder’s Playground Because this is a 45-day MVP sprint, the benefits are based on Alignity’s culture & future path: - Fast-track to Tech Lead in a funded product - Outcome-based milestone bonuses - Work directly with the Founder/CEO (instant decisions, zero bureaucracy) - Chance to own core architecture of a global SaaS - Future ESOP opportunity (post-MVP traction) - Weekly Learn & Share sessions across AI, LLMs, and No-Code/Low-Code automation - * Perks subject to performance & compliance Your Role As the MVP Engineer, you will: - Build the core backend (APIs, logic, scoring engine) - Implement AI pipelines using OpenAI (questions → evaluation → summaries) - Integrate video/audio platforms (ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Recall.ai, Spinach.ai) - Build clean front-end flows (React/Next.js) - Implement interview recording + storage (AWS/GCP/Firebase) - Build internal n8n workflows + simple drag-and-drop workflow screens - Connect to job boards, API, Apify, and other ecosystems - Build Chrome Extensions as needed - Optimize architecture, security, performance, and session management - Deliver weekly milestones with ownership, speed, and clarity Who You Are ✔ 6–12 years of hands-on full-stack development ✔ Strong experience in React/Next.js ✔ Strong backend skills: Node.js or Python/FastAPI ✔ Proficient in OpenAI integration, embeddings, scoring LLMs ✔ Excellent with web scraping (Apify, Playwright, Puppeteer, BS4) ✔ Able to build n8n automations + workflow builder UIs ✔ Skilled at integrating video/audio APIs (HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Recall, Spinach) ✔ Experience with Chrome Extensions and GitHub CI/CD ✔ Can balance vibe coding (Lovable) with real coding (Cursor) ✔ Strong with architecture, security, session management & N-tier models ✔ Curious, self-driven, and comfortable in high-speed startup mode ✔ Embodies Innovation, Integrity, Incremental Improvement (3I culture) Nice to Have - UX Sensibility for polished user journeys - HRTech or ATS experience - Understanding of SaaS & geography-based pricing - Experience with recruiting tools, interview automation, or HR workflows Compensation (Hyderabad) ₹1.2L – ₹2.2L for 45 days (milestone-based payouts) - Performance Bonuses - Option to convert to long-term Tech Lead after MVP ⚡ Want to Stand Out?
