About Department:
The LBU Implementation / Delivery Department is responsible for on boarding the customer with high MRR and ensuring the client's project expectations are met with the timelines. Individual location specific teams are bifurcated and functional to cater the language preference of the customer to ensure more stickiness and connectivity with the customer to ensure smooth transition.

About the Role
Do you enjoy solving problems, meeting people, and making an impact? We're looking for a dynamic, hands-on professional to lead or support client engagement and account success for our rapidly growing HR SaaS platform.
This is a travel-friendly, solution-driven role—ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with clients on-site, driving resolutions, and strengthening relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Visit client locations regularly to retain and engage customers.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Implementation, Product, Support) to ensure timely resolution of client concerns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT stakeholders.
- Identify at-risk clients and take proactive steps to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Drive client success post-go-live, especially for strategic and high-value accounts.
- Collect critical client requirements and bridge communication between Implementation and Product teams.
- Collaborate with Product Development to understand capabilities and planned enhancements—and map these to client needs.
- Coordinate with the team to resolve all issues within the required timeframe; recommend changes to policies and evaluate team implementation.
- Contribute to improving internal knowledge bases and client engagement processes based on field insights.
- Maintain trackers, dashboards, and client health summaries. Share status updates with leadership as per defined reporting intervals.
Eligibility & Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in team handling, customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Consulting.
- Expertise in HR and Payroll software solutions is a must.
- Proven experience building strong internal and external relationships.
- Strong written communication skills in English and fluent verbal communication in both Hindi and English. Knowledge of other North Indian languages is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand complex client use cases and communicate them effectively.
- Proven ability to act as a strategic advisor and build trusted client relationships.
- Demonstrated success in delivering customer service in a dynamic, high-paced environment.
- Ability to think innovatively and drive process improvements.
- Must be able to speak Hindi fluently.
- Self-motivated, proactive team player with a passion for customer success and adoption.
- Ability to report and share client status updates at regular intervals.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- MBA / M.Com / M.Tech preferred
