Job Description Role description JOB DESCRIPTION APosition Overview Position Title Manager - Risk Management Department Risk Management Grade 401/ Manager Role Summary: For Data Scientist role .Build and execute machine learning models to solve given business problems. .Track & monitor new and existing models as per best practices as used in the industry and technical spheres. .Finetune models in production. .Perform Business Analysis to discover hidden patterns and trends to answer business questions. .Track & Monitor business impact of the machine learning models and data solutions deployed to solve the business problems. .Modify, change, or make additions to the model as desired by the client-side stakeholders For Data Engineering role: .API development for model implementation .Development of feature library .Integration with various databases for data fetch .Testing of API, feature library and integration points BOrganizational Relationships Reports To Vice President RMO Supervises All departments CJob Dimensions Geographic Area Covered Across India Stakeholders Internal All Departments External DKey Result Areas Build AI/ML models .Build and execute machine learning models to solve given business problems. Deploy ML models .The main objective of these models will be to help reduce mortality and/or persistency risks .Perform Business Analysis to discover hidden patterns and trends in mortality and persistency. .Track & Monitor business impact of the machine learning models and data solutions deployed to solve the risk problems. .API development for model implementation .Development of feature library .Integration with various databases for data fetch .Testing of API, feature library and integration points Develop a risk model management system .Develop a model risk management system Publish reports .Publish periodic reports on model performance and risk. FIncumbent Characteristics Essential Desired Qualification Bachelors Degree (preferably Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Economics) Masters in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Data Science Experience Minimum 4 years of experience of building and deploying AI/ML models on Cloud Successful record of delivering/deploying AI/ML models using Python
