Clinical Audiologist

Job Summary: Auronova speech & hearing clinic Modinagar, UP, is seeking a qualified and motivated Clinical Audiologist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and managing individuals with hearing and balance disorders. Roles and Responsibilities: - Conduct audiological evaluations including pure-tone audiometry, impedance audiometry, otoacoustic emissions (OAE), and auditory brainstem response (ABR) testing. - Diagnose hearing loss and vestibular disorders in patients across all age groups. - Good hands-on Signia products and software - Provide hearing aid fitting, programming, and follow-up services. - Counsel patients and families on hearing loss management and communication strategies. - Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality and compliance with clinical protocols. - Participate in community outreach and hearing screening programs. - Stay updated with current trends, technology, and best practices in audiology. Qualifications and Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Audiology or equivalent (B.ASLP) from a recognized institution. - Registration with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) is mandatory. - Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred; freshers with sound clinical skills may also apply. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
