A151 - Project Engineer - Design (Creo & AutoCAD Skills)

Key Responsibilities
- Study of reference drawings and get familiarized quickly with the equipment.
- Preparation & self-checking of Basic and detail drawings for equipment as guided by the reporting Supervisor/Engineer.
- Develop sub assembly & assembly drawing based on based on basic engineering drawings and related data or as per the inputs from supervisor.
- Preparation of Bill of Material (BOM).
- Check and modify the drawings for manufacturing parameters as required.
- Preparation and self-checking of Onboard equipment piping.
- Secure approval from checker and submit the drawings to supervisor/Engineer.
Skills And Experience Required
- Diploma or ITI or B.E. Mechanical or Equivalent.
- Exp. Range - 3 to 5 Years.
- Working experience on equipment engineering for heavy machineries.
- A thorough hands-on experience on CREO and AutoCAD are must.
- Should be conversant with various National & International Standards.
- Knowledge and familiarity with welding and machining symbols.
- Knowledge and familiarity with assembly processes.
- Knowledge and familiarity with of Fits/Tolerances, Geometric Tolerances and Dimensioning. Behavioural Skills:
- Able to communicate/report technical issues effectively with the reporting engineer/manager.
- Steel EPCs / heavy design engineering consultancies from cement/metal.
- Exposure to Steel Plant /Nonferrous Making Equipment will be an advantage.
