Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Travel Consultant to join our team in Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban. This mid-level, full-time position demands a keen understanding of travel arrangements and the ability to manage Group Bookings, among other essential skills. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in enhancing our clients&apos travel experiences by delivering knowledgeable assistance and quality services.

Qualifications and Skills

- Proven expertise in handling Group Bookings (Mandatory skill).
- Experience working within the B2B sector, focusing on travel arrangements.
- Proficient with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to manage travel-related inventories.
- Strong working knowledge of Amadeus to facilitate flight operations and bookings.
- Familiarity with the Galileo system to create and manage travel itineraries.
- Efficient in Group Ticketing, ensuring seamless travel for multiple clients.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong client and partner relationships.
- Ability to adapt quickly to the evolving travel industry and provide innovative solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Coordinate group travel arrangements, ensuring efficient and cost-effective solutions.
- Manage and process bookings through GDS platforms like Amadeus and Galileo.
- Develop strong relationships with B2B clients to understand and meet their travel needs.
- Provide comprehensive support to clients through all stages of booking and travel.
- Stay updated with industry trends to offer improved travel experiences.
- Ensure timely communication with clients to handle modifications and cancellations effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize customer satisfaction and retention.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed travel advice aligned with their preferences.
