About the role We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing professional with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in driving organic and paid growth. The ideal candidate will be a specialist in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and have proven expertise in managing paid campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. Key Responsibilities - Search Engine Optimization (SEO): - Develop and execute comprehensive On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO strategies to achieve top organic rankings for clients. - Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and site audits. - Google Ads Management: - Create, optimize, and manage all Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, etc.) to meet client CPA and ROAS goals. - Meta Ads Management: - Plan, launch, and monitor Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns, focusing on audience targeting, creative testing, and lead generation. - Social Media Coordination: - Collaborate closely with the in-house graphic designing team to ensure all social media content is engaging, high-quality, and scheduled appropriately for client pages. - Ensure all client social media pages are consistently updated and managed. - Reporting & Analysis: - Provide weekly performance reports, analyzing data from Google Analytics, Search Console, and ad platforms to identify trends and optimize performance. Qualifications & Experience - Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads management. - Strong understanding of current SEO best practices and core ranking factors. - Demonstrable track record of successfully managing ad budgets and achieving campaign KPIs. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills, particularly in coordinating creative requirements with design teams.
