From a Culture point of view we got featured on: - Channel News Asia as a part of the GenZ documentary series. - BBC news India as a Happier place to work. - Global Happiness Coach- Kyla Mitsunaga's International book On Growing Know more about us at www.oktobuzz.com Location: Andheri (E) Responsibilities - Strategy - Working with the team to conceptualize designs for Social Media Banners, Apps, Microsites, Websites, Mailers or Print Campaigns - Work towards a strategy that will help clients achieve their objectives and grow their business - Work on identifying proactive opportunities for existing or new clients that will lead to client growth, business development or organisational development. - Execution - Manage the entire project lifecycle independently. - Create new and original designs from scratch for brands based on client specifications, needs and brand image. - Design and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverables (corporate videos, trailers), websites, marketing, demos, etc. - Illustrate concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and related aesthetic concepts - Create and maintain files for all creative assets and resources, such as software, art materials and special fonts that are needed for record keeping and referencing. - Manager and Team leader - Planning daily tasks for you and the team in-detail a day in advance to optimise resources towards client and company objectives. - Tracking and being accountable for the performance of the team on a regular basis. - Liaise with other members of the graphic design team to maximize creativity and excellence in performance and delivery. - Maintain high energy, positive attitude and motivate the team. - Creating systems and processes that will help your department or team. - Adhere to the policies of the organization and look-see that the team is accountable for the same too. - Mentor the team with the objective that they grow in the organization. - Knowledge - Be updated about the latest trends, practices, tools and client competition. - Contribute to enhancing the knowledge of your team and clients. - Research about the industry that your clients are a part of. - Team Player - Help OktoBuzz develop and execute a strategy to develop its brand and also become a thought leader in the industry. - Work on taking independent initiatives to help Oktobuzz grow as a company. - As being an important part of the organization, taking initiatives and helping us take OktoBuzz to the next level. Work Experience 1+ year experience Skills Required - Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite). - Strong portfolio showcasing creative and visual design skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design. Qualification Graduate in any stream
