Location: Remote

Shift Timings: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and self-driven Oracle E-Business Suite Technical Developer (Lead Level) with a strong focus on Supply Chain & Manufacturing modules. As a Techno-Functional Lead, you will primarily focus on technical development while leveraging a solid understanding of functional workflows to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and customize solutions for Oracle E-Business Suite, focusing on Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules.
- Design, develop, and maintain technical components, including reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions (RICE).
- Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Lead technical development projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in EBS environments.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience as an Oracle E-Business Suite Technical Developer, with expertise in Supply Chain & Manufacturing modules.
- Strong skills in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and Workflow development.
- Knowledge of OA Framework and Forms Customization is an added plus.
- Techno-Functional expertise: Primarily a technical developer with a good understanding of functional processes.
- Independent, self-motivated, and proactive with excellent problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have:

- Exposure to Oracle Fusion or interest in transitioning to Fusion technologies.
- Experience in leading small teams or mentoring junior developers.
