Job Title: Studio Coordinator (FM + SI) Location: Pimple Saudagar, Pune Experience: Minimum 2 years in a related field Role Summary: Responsible for smooth studio and facility operations — ensuring audio/video quality, equipment upkeep, scheduling, and coordination with faculty and vendors. The role blends technical support with facility and administrative management. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily studio operations, live sessions, and recordings. - Maintain audio-video quality and equipment functionality. - Manage scheduling, documentation, and studio environment. - Support video editing, OBS setup, and system configuration. - Handle vendor management, procurement, and budgeting. - Monitor facility systems (UPS, AC, electrical, IT, etc.) and ensure compliance. - Maintain asset records, expense tracking, and checklists. Skills & Requirements: - Basic knowledge of video editing, OBS, and studio systems. - Strong in vendor, budget, and facility management. - Good understanding of mechanical/electrical systems and safety norms. - Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets with excellent communication skills. - Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
