The FinOps team is looking for all proactive customer and detail-oriented AP Analyst whose main responsibility will be to work on vendor Reconciliations and resolve Quantity and Price variance disputes As a AP Analyst you will be required to be self-driven solution minded individual contributor who will go beyond and above to meet customer expectations Key job responsibilities 8 -12 years of Accounts Receivable or Account Payable experience AP AR experience 5 years of applying key financial performance indicators KPIs to analyses experience Experience with complex problem solving using Lean Six Sigma techniques a plus Previous experience supporting Finance projects and exposure to Finance Systems Applications Having exposure to Business Transformation Transition related projects Experience using data to influence business decisions Experience demonstrating problem solving and root cause analysis Demonstrated Project Management experience in Finance Operations Having prior experience in multinational organizations and or Business conglomerates would be a plus Good Verbal and Written communication skills required Independent and entrepreneurial style showing the ability to work with minimal direction in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 6 years of Accounts Receivable or Account Payable experience - 5 years of applying key financial performance indicators KPIs to analyses experience - 4 years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience - Having exposure to Business Transformation Transition related projects PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Having prior experience in multinational organizations and or Business conglomerates would be a plus Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers If you have a disability and need a workplace accommodation or adjustment during the application and hiring process including support for the interview or onboarding process please visit for more information If the country region you re applying in isn t listed please contact your Recruiting Partner
