Bachelor s degree - 5 years of program or project management experience - 3 years of supply chain experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership - Proven track record of owning strategy end-to-end delivery and presenting results to senior leadership - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Willingness to work in flexible shift PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - MBA or Master s degree - PMP - Prior experience leading teams in global supply chain environments - Demonstrated ability to make data-driven logical decisions in ambiguous environments - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional and international stakeholders -
