Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Kochi for an Office Admin & Customer Relationship Officer. The individual will be responsible for managing daily office tasks, providing administrative assistance, maintaining effective communication with clients, offering excellent customer service, and assisting with accounting tasks. The role also involves coordinating office operations and ensuring smooth functioning of administrative activities. Note: Please read the salary and Allowance session before applying Qualifications - Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration - Strong Communication and Customer Service skills - Basic knowledge of Accounting - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities - Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred - Experience with Zoho or other financial software is a plus Salary and Other Allowance 15K per month + Incentive Cell expense
