As a Senior Software Engineer, You'll be at the forefront of developing transformative financial technology solutions that enable seamless global transactions. Our team is seeking a creative problem-solver who can design intelligent systems that support Amazon's expanding international business ecosystem, making tax compliance intuitive and efficient for millions of vendors.

A Day in the Life

Your day will be dynamic and impactful, focusing on designing sophisticated software architectures that solve complex financial challenges. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, prototype innovative solutions, and translate intricate business requirements into elegant technical implementations.

About the Team

We are a collaborative group of technologists passionate about creating world-class financial platforms. Our team drives innovation by developing scalable, secure systems that support Amazon's global business expansion. We value intellectual curiosity, technical excellence, and a commitment to solving complex technological challenges.- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team- 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
