Your Role

As a Datacom Test/Lead Manager, you will:

- Lead and contribute to the creation oftesting strategiesandtest plans.
- Driveautomation initiativesusingPythonand other scripting languages.
- PerformDatacom testingacross various networking protocols.
- Conductperformance and throughput testingto ensure system reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

In this role, you will:

- Apply hands-on experience in automation usingPython.
- Work with protocols such asISIS,BGP,BFD,MPLS, andNetconf.
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks and scripts.
- Ensure comprehensive test coverage and documentation.
- Support continuous improvement in testing processes and tools.

Your Profile

- 8-15 years of experience innetwork testing and automation.
- Strong scripting skills inPythonor other relevant languages.
- Deep understanding ofnetworking protocolsandDatacom technologies.
- Experience intest strategy,planning, andexecution.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
