The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in data center management, infrastructure monitoring, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities - Manage Infrastructure Operations & Monitoring (Servers, Storage, LAN/WAN) - Oversee Data Center Operations - Handle Backup & Recovery Management - Ensure smooth Site IT Operations (Incident Resolution, EDR/Antivirus, Patching) - Administer Servers and LAN/WAN - Manage Users & Devices, Configure Alerts - Operate IT Tools: - ManageEngine, PRTG - Veritas / Veeam / Data Protection - CrowdStrike EDR, CyberArk PAM - Implement ITSM Processes: Asset, Ticket, Problem, Incident & Change Management - Ensure Pharma IT Compliance and Computer System Validation (CSV) Required Skills - Minimum 5 years of independent IT Operations management experience - Expertise in Data Center infrastructure (Rack & Blade Servers, Robotic Tape Libraries, WiFi Controllers) - Strong team leadership skills (managing ~5 desk-side support engineers) - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Proactive approach to infrastructure maintenance
