About the Role
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales & Business Development Manager to grow revenue for both of our dynamic businesses:
1. Premium Salon Business – Drive client footfall, memberships, and high-value service bookings.
2. Echo Ink Media – Secure new clients for content strategy, media services, and branded storytelling solutions.
This role requires someone who can seamlessly balance B2C and B2B sales, build strategic partnerships, and unlock new revenue streams for both businesses.
Key Responsibilities
For the salon:
- Develop and execute strategies to increase walk-ins, memberships, and high-value service bookings.
- Lead digital marketing, social media marketing, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Build and manage local partnerships (corporates, influencers, event planners) to drive referrals.
- Interact with customers to convert leads, get feedback, and improve sales.
- Train front desk and service staff on upselling techniques and customer retention strategies.
For the content agency:
- Identify and onboard new clients for content, media, and brand strategy services.
- Lead digital marketing, generate leads, nurture them, and maximise conversions.
- Pitch services to startups, corporates, VCs, and marketing heads looking for high-quality content.
- Build relationships with PR firms, agencies, and brands to secure long-term contracts.
- Create and execute B2B sales outreach strategies (cold emails, networking, LinkedIn prospecting, and cold calls).
- Collaborate with internal teams to customize pitches and proposals for potential clients.
What We're Looking For
- Proven sales/business development experience in either/both B2B and B2C.
- Experience in digital marketing and lead generation.
- A strong network in Bengaluru that can drive leads and conversions.
- Ability to juggle both B2B and B2C sales with a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills—you know how to close a deal.
- Creative thinker who can identify unique sales opportunities and execute innovative campaigns.
