Responsibilities:

- Strong communication skills as the role puts the candidate in the first line of support for our products
- Effective team communication and collaboration skills, openness to asking questions as well as coming forth with own ideas
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate in English daily
- Minimum 1 year of experience in applications support
- Practical skills in some of the following:

- Bitbucket Data Center / Cloud

- Confluence Data Center / Cloud

- Jira Data Center / Cloud

- OpsGenie

- Ability to test Applications after main Releases updates according to Test cases. Eager to automate manual test cases and any other proposal to improve manual task.JIRA and Confluence
- Atlassian and third-party apps e.g. Automation, ScriptRunner, Comala Document Management, ConfiForms; etc.
- Ancillary integrated solutions e.g. Advanced Roadmaps, Insight, etc.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

- Degree level or equivalent qualification
- Previous 1 - 2 years history/work of administration, configuration, and support of Atlassian products, apps, etc.
- Knowledge of project setup; space configuration; themes; initiatives; epics; components; etc.
- Experience reporting and writing JQL filter queries
- Detail-oriented and enthusiastic self-starter who works well independently or with a team

Desirable

- Previous Agile experience in a corporate environment
- Bitbucket user and project administration
- Some experience with Groovy
- Prior experience using git and review process
