Social Media Executive iNCUBE8 Academy Experience: 0 to 1 year Location: Mumbai Type: Full time, in person Joining: Immediate joiners preferred Salary: As per industry standards and based on skills and portfolio About the Role iNCUBE8 Academy is looking for a creative and highly driven Social Media Executive who lives and breathes social media. This is a position for someone active online, deeply aware of trends and capable of designing visually strong content that aligns with the brand. The role includes creating posts, reels, short videos and Meta ad creatives while maintaining a consistent visual language for iNCUBE8. Key Responsibilities - Create high quality posts, reels and short form videos for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts. - Design Meta ad creatives and assist with content needed for performance marketing. - Ideate content using trends, memes and platform specific behaviour to keep the page fresh and relevant. - Plan and maintain content calendars that improve brand visibility and engagement. - Edit images, videos and graphics to ensure a polished and professional brand presence. - Capture basic mobile footage of classroom activities, student work, testimonials and events. - Work closely with the marketing team to improve reach, impressions and interactions. - Track post performance and understand what type of content drives growth. - Maintain templates, references and design systems for consistent creative output. - Support in creating student stories, faculty highlights, event coverage and campus culture content. Skills and Capabilities Required - Strong understanding of social media trends, modern content styles, pop culture and content formats. - Eye for design with strong understanding of layouts, colours, styling and typography. - Basic shooting skills using a mobile phone for behind the scenes or quick content captures. - Ability to edit short videos and create simple motion elements when needed. - Proficiency in Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects or Illustrator. - Ability to use Canva for fast execution of daily content. - Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, MidJourney, Runway and similar platforms is an advantage. - Strong sense of aesthetics with the ability to maintain visual consistency across all posts. - Quick learner with eagerness to experiment and grow the academy's online presence. - Good communication and a proactive attitude when coordinating with teams. Qualifications - Graduate in design, media, communication or any creative discipline preferred but not mandatory. - Prior internship experience, freelance work or personal content creation is valued. - Portfolio or content samples required for evaluation.
