Job Description

As a Senior UI Developer at Radancy, you will be responsible for developing cutting-edge user interfaces for high-traffic websites and next-generation applications. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure the design vision is maintained while delivering high-quality, accessible, and responsive code. Key Responsibilities:

- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with product managers, designers, UX teams, and software engineers to ensure that design vision is met and that UI deliverables are standards-compliant.

Desired Qualifications:

- Education & Experience: A Bachelor's degree or comparable education and experience with 5+ years of web development experience.
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/jQuery.
- Understanding of web standards, progressive enhancement, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Proficient in web accessibility (familiarity with WCAG is a plus).
- Experience in web optimization and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with design tools like Sketch and Photoshop.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring the quality and functionality of your work aligns with product standards.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.

Bonus Skills:

- CSS Preprocessors: Familiarity with SASS.
- SEO Principles: Good understanding of SEO best practices.
- CSS Methodologies: Understanding of BEM, OOCSS, or SMACSS.
- Email Development: Experience in creating cross-client compatible HTML emails.
- Backend Familiarity: Knowledge of ASPDot Net Razor C# syntax.
