Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop creative and visually compelling designs for websites, social media, print materials, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Content, and Product to understand project requirements and deliver effective visual solutions.
- Maintain and evolve the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all materials.
- Produce high-quality graphics that adhere to brand guidelines while bringing fresh and innovative design ideas.
- Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and best practices, and integrate them into projects where appropriate.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute original and strategic design ideas.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Edit and retouch images and adjust layouts and compositions as required.
- Work with external professionals such as printers, photographers, and illustrators to ensure high-quality project execution.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong and diverse design portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Solid understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, and layout.
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design ideas and concepts.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently and in team settings.
- Adaptability and openness to feedback for design iterations.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design and web design principles is a plus.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools is a bonus.
- Familiarity with branding and marketing strategy is an advantage
