Role Overview

We are seeking a senior commercial leader to spearhead Scimplifys expansion into the China. This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial, strategic professional who can go beyond salesbuilding new markets, forging long-term partnerships, setting up operational frameworks, and driving Scimplifys global growth agenda.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic sales and export plans for the China across key chemical verticals.
- Lead business development and client acquisition initiatives to establish Scimplifys presence in the region.
- Build and scale partnerships with distributors, and key clients, ensuring repeat and long-term business.
- Drive revenue growth through market penetration, upselling, and structured account management.
- Set up operational and compliance frameworks aligned with international trade and regulatory standards.
- Continuously monitor industry trends, innovations, and competitive dynamics in the chemical sector to maintain market leadership.

Qualifications

- 10+ years of proven experience in international sales, business development, or leadership roles within the chemical industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Chinese, customer applications, and regulatory frameworks.
- Track record of consistently achieving (and exceeding) revenue and market expansion targets.
- Deep understanding of chemical applications across pharmaceutical, agrochemical, industrial, or personal/home care verticals.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Established network of distributors, and clients in China (highly desirable).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to set up and scale new business units in fast-paced environments.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
