US 3rd Party Collections Experienced Professionals

- Hiring Date: Monday, 4th Sept.
- Location: Noida
- Role: Collection Executive / Sr. Executive
- Experience Required: 0.6 to 3 years in 3rd Party US Collections
- Salary Range: 40K +8K Allowances

About the Role:

We are conducting a focused hiring drive for professionals with prior experience in 3rd Party US Debt Collections. The hiring batch is scheduled for Monday, 4th Sept, and we are keen to connect with individuals who bring relevant expertise and a strong track record in the collections domain.

Candidate Profile:

Experience:

- 0.6 to 3 years in 3rd Party US Collections
- Background in domestic or first-party collections may not be aligned with current requirements

Skills and Competencies:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of FDCPA and US collections compliance
- Willingness to work night shifts (US time zone)
- Ability to meet performance targets and manage high call volumes
- Proficiency in CRM tools and collection systems

Preferred Attributes:

- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively

Compensation and Benefits:

- Monthly Salary: 40k +8k allowance
- Higher salary may be offered to candidates with strong experience and skill fit
- Performance-based incentives are part of the compensation structure
