We’re looking for a Digital Marketing + Patient Concierge Executive who can blend creativity, communication, and care into one seamless experience. 🎯 Key Responsibilities - Manage the clinic’s social-media presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, Google My Business). - Coordinate and nurture patient inquiries — local & overseas — guiding them from first contact to confirmed appointment. - Plan monthly content calendars, patient stories, testimonials, and brand updates with Dr Ashish Shah. - Maintain a simple CRM / lead tracker / WhatsApp follow-up log. - Assist in patient experience activities, photos, video shoots, and daily coordination. 🧠 Requirements - Excellent English — written + spoken. - Pleasant, confident communicator with good presentation. - Comfortable with Instagram, LinkedIn, Canva, Meta Business Suite. - Experience in digital marketing, hospitality, or healthcare preferred. - Organised, ethical, and willing to learn. 💼 Compensation & Growth - ₹30 000 – ₹45 000 / month (fixed) - Performance incentive up to ₹15 000 / month based on lead conversion, content quality, and patient feedback - On-site, full-time role at South Mumbai 400007 - Excellent learning exposure in premium and international-level dentistry 🦷 About the Practice Dr Ashish Shah & Associates is a leading scientific dental centre in South Mumbai focused on advanced, ethical, and precise care.
