Admissions Counsellor

Job Profile: Admissions Counsellor Location: Nagpur, Latur Maharashtra Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Admissions Counsellor to manage and drive student enrolments for our Regular Degree Programs. This is a result-oriented role that requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to build strong student relationships, and a proactive approach to meeting enrolment objectives. Key Responsibilities - Counsel prospective students on Regular Degree Programs, admission processes, and career opportunities. - Follow up on student inquiries and leads generated through various channels. - Achieve monthly and quarterly enrolment goal assigned by the management. - Conduct regular follow-ups with potential students to convert inquiries into enrolments. - Maintain detailed and accurate records of student interactions in the CRM system. - Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with program promotions. - Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and student preferences. - Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports on lead performance and goal achievements. - Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for enrolled students. Experience: - 2–5 years of experience in admissions, counselling, or education sales. Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. - Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets. Personality Traits: - Self-motivated and result-oriented. - Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills. - Adaptable to a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
