Role - Software Architect (Telecom – Golang, RAN and React.js) Location – Bangalore, India (Hybrid) About the Role: We are looking for talented software engineers and architects to join our team working on cutting-edge 5G RAN performance and monitoring solutions. You will be working in an agile team, involved in developing high-performance backend services and intuitive frontend dashboards to monitor, analyze, and optimize RAN performance. Responsibilities: - Define and evolve the system architecture for RAN performance monitoring solutions. - Lead design of scalable, high-performance backend systems in Golang. - Oversee frontend architecture and ensure seamless integration with backend services. - Guide technical direction, best practices, and technology choices. - Collaborate with stakeholders to align architecture with business and technical goals. - Mentor senior and junior developers. Requirements: - 8–12 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in an architectural role. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Strong background in telecom, RAN KPIs, and performance monitoring. - Proven experience designing distributed systems and microservices. - Experience with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). - Deep expertise in Golang and React.js.)
