Maintain detailed records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents. 4. Individual Support & Mentoring Identify students’ learning gaps and provide remedial support. Offer additional guidance to students preparing for competitive exams or higher-level mathematics. Encourage students to think critically and approach problem-solving with confidence. 5. Use of Technology in Teaching Incorporate smart boards, educational apps, and online resources to enhance learning. Encourage students to use technology responsibly for research and practice. 6. Professional Development Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies, educational trends, and changes in the mathematics curriculum. Participate in workshops, training programs, and teacher development sessions. 7. Collaboration with School Staff Work closely with fellow teachers, academic coordinators, and management to maintain academic standards. Educational Qualifications & Experience: Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or related field. Preferred Qualification: Master’s degree in Mathematics or B.Ed with specialization in Mathematics. Experience: 2–5 years of teaching experience preferred, though fresh graduates with strong subject knowledge may also be considered. Key Skills & Competencies: 1.
