Key Responsibilities Plan design and oversee the implementation of all MEP systems HVAC electrical plumbing fire fighting etc Coordinate with architectural and civil teams to ensure MEP requirements are integrated into the project plan Review and approve MEP drawings BOQs material submittals and shop drawings Manage on-site MEP execution including quality safety timelines and budget compliance Liaise with contractors consultants and vendors for smooth coordination and timely delivery Inspect MEP installations and ensure compliance with design code and regulatory requirements Monitor progress and provide technical support to site teams Prepare and maintain reports logs test certificates and handover documentation Assist in procurement of MEP materials and vendor evaluation Lead MEP testing and commissioning process and support in final handover Key Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of MEP systems codes and standards Proficient in AutoCAD MS Project Primavera and other relevant software Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Excellent project management and coordination skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Good communication negotiation and leadership skills Qualifications B E B Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in real estate infrastructure or large-scale construction projects Preferred Industry Real Estate Construction Infrastructure Urban Development Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 30 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Internet reimbursement Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
