Vyakar Technologies Pvt Ltd LeadAngel is a fast-growing SaaS company providing cutting-edge solutions in marketing and sales automation We believe in creating products that not only deliver high performance but also provide seamless user experiences Position Overview We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI UX Designer to join our design team The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive engaging and visually appealing user interfaces while ensuring an excellent user experience across our products This role requires strong design skills user-centric thinking and the ability to collaborate closely with developers product managers and other stakeholders Key Responsibilities Design and deliver wireframes prototypes user flows and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications Conduct user research competitor analysis and usability testing to inform design decisions Collaborate with product managers developers and QA teams to implement designs effectively Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines accessibility standards and responsive principles Continuously improve product usability by analyzing user feedback and behavior data Stay updated with the latest UI UX trends tools and best practices Create and maintain a design system style guides and reusable components Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Design Human-Computer Interaction Computer Science or related field 2-4 years of proven experience as a UI UX Designer preferably in SaaS or software product companies Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects Proficiency with design and prototyping tools e g Figma Adobe XD Sketch Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards Strong communication and collaboration skills Preferred Skills Experience working in Agile Scrum teams Basic knowledge of HTML CSS Tailwind Bootstrap and JavaScript Familiarity with front-end development processes Motion design or micro-interactions knowledge is a plus What We Offer Competitive salary and growth opportunities Opportunity to design real-world SaaS products impacting global businesses A collaborative and innovative work culture Exposure to the latest tools technologies and design trends Job Type Full TimeJob Location Bhilai C G India
