Role Summary Skin Technican to join our team at The House of Aetheria. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality skin treatments, and personalized care to clients. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first attitude to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities Perform a range ofskin procedures in the clinic, including: - Perform a variety of skin treatments such as laser hair reduction, chemical peels, and HydraFacials. - Acne / Anti-aging / Brightening Treatments - Conduct skin analysis using diagnostic tools or visual inspection. - Maintain client treatment records and track progress. - Ensure clinic hygiene, including preparing treatment rooms and following sterilization protocols. - Guide customers onpost-treatment care and product usage - Coordinate with dermatologists, clinic manager, and operations team Requirements - Diploma/Degreein Cosmetology, Aesthetics, or Dermatology Assistance - Minimum13 yearsof clinical experience in skincare treatments - Proficient in handlingskin equipmentlike diode laser, HydraFacial machines, etc. - Good communication skills with a customer-first mindset - Professional grooming and in-clinic etiquette - Willingness to work in afast-paced clinical setup Benefits: - Cell phone reimbursement - Health insurance Schedule: - Day shift Supplemental Pay: - Performance bonus Experience: - Skin therapist: 1 year (Required) - Hydra facial: 1 year (Required) - Laser hair removal: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person To Apply:Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume detailing their relevant experience to[Confidential Information]
