Job Description

About the Role:

Cyfuture is seeking a seasoned and proactiveProject Headto lead its initiatives withUttar Gujarat Vij Company Limited (UGVCL). This role requires close coordination withField Response Teams (FRT)and senior government officials at the state level. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise inTransmission systems, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a strong background in project leadership within government-linked utility operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage project execution with DGVCL in accordance with defined objectives and timelines.
- Liaise effectively with FRT units and senior officials from Gujarats power transmission departments.
- Ensure smooth implementation of technical solutions in transmission infrastructure.
- Oversee project documentation, reporting, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with government stakeholders and internal teams.
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure project success and alignment with broader organizational goals.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

- Minimum 1012 years of hands-on experiencein theTransmission sector, particularly with state power utilities.
- Proven experience working withstate electricity boards, DISCOMs, or power utilities in Gujarat or other Indian states.
- In-depth understanding ofField Response Team (FRT)functions, network operations, and state-level infrastructure deployment.
- In-depth understanding ofFRT operationsand associated regulatory and technical frameworks.
- Proven ability to collaborate withgovernment officialsand public sector teams.
- Strong project management, communication, and negotiation skills.
